IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU REGISTER EARLY!

Basic Cost is: $50.00 Registration Fee   There will be a processing fee of $3.00 or less is added when using a credit or debit card.)  A Course Materials Fee may be required for certain courses.  It will be listed and shown in the on-line registration process.  (Other equipment may be needed and will be noted in the Course Description.)

 Approved Unit Funds Transfers (WAWG Form 30) may be submitted by any WAWG unit for registration fees.  A representative from the unit should present the approved form at check-in or email in advance to [email protected].

Schedule:

Friday, Sign in between 1830-2000.  Late Friday sign in must be coordinated with Lt Col Weber.  (Late Sign in on Saturday at 0730 is also possible with coordination.)

Sunday, Sign out will be at approximately 1430.

CAPF 60-80 (Civil Air Patrol Cadet Activity Permission Slip) (Cadets Age 17 and younger) (Required for each WAMA session.)

CAPF 160 (pdf) (.doc) (CAP Member Health History Form)  (All Senior Members and Cadets)

CAPF 161 (pdf) (.doc) (Emergency Information)  (All Senior Members and Cadets)

CAPF 163 (Permission for Provision of Minor Cadet Over-The-Counter Medication)  (Cadets Age 17 and younger)

Hunter Safety Course Certificate or Card (Marksmanship Class Only)

WA Dept of Fish & Wildlife (DFW) Parent Permission Form (Marksmanship Class Only)

WA State or County Food Workers Certificate or Card (DFAC Class Only)
